Robyn Curry, Co-Vice Chair

Robyn Curry is a governance professional who cares deeply about helping boards lead with purpose and clarity. She believes that strong governance is a powerful tool for advancing the purpose of an organization — and that it should be practical, people-centred, and built for real impact.

As a Governance Associate with Watson Board Advisors, Robyn has spent the past nine years working with boards across Canada. Her experience spans sectors and geographies, including meaningful work with boards in the agriculture sector. She brings curiosity, respect, and a calm presence to every table she joins.

Her interest in food systems began with her studies in Animal Sciences at the University of Alberta and early involvement in youth agriculture programs like Voices of the Soil. That interest has stayed with her, shaped further by supporting organizations that play a role in growing and sustaining our food systems.

Robyn has lived in communities across the country — rural and urban — and now calls Vancouver home. She continues to deepen her practice through learning in Indigenous cultural safety and inclusive leadership, and brings a steady commitment to equity, sustainability, and good governance to all her work.
