Seed libraries can be a resilient, community-centred public resource which bolsters local food production and promotes seed security. Awareness about seed security and interest in seed saving is growing, and we are working to support and connect new and established seed libraries. Starting in early 2022, we began updating our map of seed libraries, an online tool that helps folks around the province find local seed libraries and started a Seed Library Capacity Building project.
