Heart & Soil Farms

We are a local urban home-based farm growing our vegetables with love and adopting exclusively organic practices. We want our kids to eat what’s best for them. Presently we are growing our vegetables in raised beds and we are planning to get real farmland if possible, by the end of this year so that we can keep serving the communities growing demand for our fresh local organic vegetables. We have spinach, 3 varieties of lettuces, over 8 varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, zucchini, round gourd (tindae), bottle gourd (lauki), colourful capsicums, hot peppers (Mirch), 3 types of eggplants, carrots, radish, beets, okra and maybe some more vegetables as we keep on growing.

Our CSA Box runs from May – September. Cost per month is $500 with pickup options or delivery options @$150 per month. Please call or email to support.
