Somewhere along the line, aging has gotten a bad rap. Perhaps it is because at the end of it – we die. Until then, there is a way to look and feel younger than our years. There are anti-aging creams, lotions, potions and drugs out there, all geared towards the human need to find the fountain of youth. That so-called fountain could very well be supplying the water for the foods we eat that keep our bodies vital and healthy. As many of us know, when it comes to fruits and veggies; darker is better. Deep greens, juicy reds, vibrant purples; all have the high concentrations of anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals our bodies need.
