Working Culture is an organic sourdough bread bakery located in the Rock Bay neighbourhood of Victoria. We use Canadian grains (often BC-grown and island-milled) for all our naturally leavened bread, and source local produce for our seasonally-focused sandwiches and pastries. We believe in simple, delicious food made with real ingredients.
