Wildfire Organic Bakery & Cafe

Wild Fire Bakery has been baking organic naturally leavened bread since 1998. Using a stone mill, we grind all our whole grain, certified organic flour at our Nootka Rose Mill, located in Metchosin. We support locally produced ingredients as much as possible, allowing us to work with local growers and suppliers.
