West Coast Pressed
West Coast Pressed is a Vancouver Island based apple juice producer dedicated to creating 100% pure, single ingredient apple juice while supporting local agriculture and reducing food waste.
In addition to producing our own juice, we offer community apple pressing, helping homeowners, orchards, and organizations make use of fruit that might otherwise go to waste. Each year, we press more than 600,000 pounds of BC grown apples into fresh juice.
Our juice is enjoyed by families across Vancouver Island and supplied to Farmers Markets across Vancouver Island, Cafés, Restaurants, Hotels, Specialty Retailers and home delivery services.
While much of our community pressing is centred around Vancouver Island fruit, we also source apples from the Okanagan to ensure a consistent supply of BC grown apples throughout the year.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Our apple pomace is given back to local farms for livestock feed and composting, helping ensure that every part of each pressing is put to good use.
We believe great food starts with great ingredients and the reason why our juice contains just one ingredient, apples.
