Taste of the Okanagan is a mother-daughter run business based in Kelowna, BC, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Using seasonal ingredients carefully sourced from local farmers, they make small batch artisan sauces, dressings, jellies, salsas, chutneys and more, the old-fashioned way, by hand, in small batches. For Feast of Fields, they have teamed up with Hand Cut and Cured, an artisan charcuterie producer, who creates a range of truly local, whole muscle cured artisan meats, salamis, and pâtés.
