Slow Sunday Foods

Slow Sunday Foods is a BC-grown sauce company built around one simple idea: flavour should grow from the land that feeds us. We work directly with local orchards to source whole cherries, peaches, pears, plums, and apples, purchasing fruit at peak harvest and processing it from whole fruit into puree in our own kitchen. Most of the fruit they use is rescued from going to waste, with over 200,000 pounds of BC grown food saved to date.

Starting with real, regional ingredients rather than concentrates or refined sweeteners, they create sauces that let natural acidity and fruit structure shine. The result are flavours that taste more fresh than sweet or processed.

Slow Sunday exists to bring BC-grown flavour to people who appreciate real food more than marketing slogans.
