Custom Training for Artisan Baker
Seraphina’s launched its baking classes at the end of 2018 and ran a full schedule in the winter and spring. They welcomed hundreds of students, both professionals, and SHBs (Serious Home Bakers), as well as hosting children’s, custom classes, and special events.
At Seraphina’s, the small classes are hands-on and usually include baking in the wood-fired brick oven. The bakery/lab is well-equipped, and students get to experience how to bake proficiently and translate those skills to their home kitchens or professional spaces.
Building on the incredible support of the local community, the Red Seal trained chefs and baking instructors of Seraphina’s Oven have developed a new and exciting suite of classes.
