RM Essentials

R&M Essentials is a small-batch oil mill based in Vernon, British Columbia. We produce fresh, single-ingredient seed and nut oils using a true cold-pressing process that keeps the oil below 40°C, with no solvents, additives or chemical extraction. We specialize in organic and non-organic oils.

We source locally and within Canada whenever the right ingredients are available, including BC-grown hazelnuts and Canadian flaxseed. For ingredients that are not commercially grown here, such as Egyptian Nigella sativa used for our black seed oil, we carefully source from regions known for producing them.

Our goal is to give chefs and home cooks access to oils with genuine flavour, freshness and a clear connection to where and how they were made. Every batch is pressed, bottled and logged at our Vernon mill.
