Red Bird Roasting was borne out of the passion of the Red Bird partners, who pursue great coffee roasters wherever they travel. All our coffees are organically grown, specialty-grade and traceable back to the farms and mills origins where they are harvested and processed before shipping directly to BC. We lean towards a medium roast profile in order to highlight and preserve the distinct varietal and origin flavors inherent in each coffee we source.
