Financed on credit cards, Phillips Brewing was founded on the belief that quality ingredients combined with creative flair make a perfect pair for craft brewing. 20 years on, those principles remain at the heart of everything we do. Our passion for supporting local agricultural communities and commitment to reducing our environmental hoofprint, led to the creation of our Maltworks facility where we partner with local farmers to grow barley we then process on-site for our craft distilling and brewing.
