Born out of a desire for an elevated dining experience, Maestro’s at Manteo exemplifies the rich flavours of the Mediterranean right here on the shores of the Okanagan. We partner with don-o-ray, honest fresh produce farms and cod fathers to name a few. We reflect the old and new world practice’s while remaining true to the ingredients and letting the food speak for itself.
