We are a small team of 3 who are passionate about using local Seasonal ingredients to showcase our cultural cuisines through catering, wholesale, and at our truck.
We support local farms in Metchosin and East Sooke, incorporating Asian greens from Umi Nami Farm. Although we enjoy foraging our own mushrooms, we can rely on Murder Bay Mushroom throughout the year.
