We believe the delicate and unique wild foods that grow in the vast wildernesses of Vancouver Island deserve to be experienced by more people. By harvesting in a manner that safeguards the ecosystems in which these plants grow, our expert foragers are able to gather a variety of seasonal specialties including mushrooms, greens, berries, and spices. Our artisans then package and process these goods into a unique and distinctive line of dried, fresh, frozen, and preserved products.
