Fathom sources local and seasonal when possible as well Restaurant Chef Landon Crawford has deep roots with farms and supplier having grown up in Victoria. Our focus is to showcase regional ingredients in ways that allow guests to experience and connect with each season through both flavor and presentation.

We use bold and bright flavors that enhance the ingredients we work with, never masking them but bringing out their best. The goal is to offer dishes that feel familiar while also pushing into the unknown with creative and interesting elements.
