Ex Nihilo Vineyards and Chaos Bistro

At Ex Nihilo, we are local farmers that grow grapes on our estate vineyard. We support local growers down in the South Okanagan where we get most of our red wine grapes. In our tasting room, we have several local artists, artisan jewelry designers, and chocolate that make perfect gifts or add-ons! In our bistro, we support various local fruit and vegetable farmers in the valley, as well as a local cheesemonger in Armstrong and artisan cured meats from the Lower Mainland and Falkland.

At Chaos Bistro, we proudly celebrate the abundance of the Okanagan by featuring estate-grown fruit, vegetables, and herbs alongside locally sourced produce, dairy, and other seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Supporting our community extends beyond the kitchen—we also showcase the work of talented local artisans in our gift shop, offering thoughtfully curated products that reflect the creativity and craftsmanship of our region.
