More Love, Less Sugar
Motivated by the desire to feed her children far less sugar at breakfast, in 2013 Natalie Ferrari-Morton created a product line that offers an alternative to the typical 1:1 sugar to fruit ratio found in traditional preserves. At 1:4 sugar to fruit, there is way more fruit in every jar.
With the goal of supporting local farmers and the local economy, all fruit used in East Van Jam is sourced from within British Columbia. Our goal is to provide food lovers with an option to indulge in delicious traditional food rituals while enjoying the health benefits of reducing sugar intake. We hope you enjoy it!
