Cocoaro (“kokoro”) Craft Chocolate is chocolate with good heart. Beginning with better conditions for cacao farmers and ending with an exceptional tasting experience, Japanese-Canadian chocolate maker, Margaret Inoue, crafts chocolate from bean-to-bar, reflecting her values as well as an exploration of culture, nutrition, and flavour. The good heart of this chocolate shows in everything: we use ethical, traceably sourced beans (mostly organic); organic, fair-trade cane sugar; local, seasonal inclusions; packaging that uses recycled/recyclable/reusable/compostable materials.
