It’s an exciting challenge as a caterer to have a menu that changes with the seasons. When most of our dinners and events are booked months to even years in advance. I am proud to tell people that some ingredients might change based on seasonal availability. This is not a common trait for a caterer. Whether we order directly from a farm or pick up from Granville Island, our team of chefs is always looking for ways to support local whenever possible.
