The Chop N Block was created in 1999 as a local butcher shop & deli. In 2014 Heather & Brody White took the reigns and started to develop and hone the craft of charcuterie & sausage making. Along with stocking the shelves at the brick & mortar location, they began to take our goods to local artisan markets which inevitably morphed into supplying other delis, butcher shops, grocers and restaurants and hotels with our handcrafted products. Today they serve both the Okanagan and the Lower Mainland retail and foodservice with an extensive list of artisan charcuterie, sausage and salume.
