Bar Travelling Man

It started with a fold-out table, a bag of spirits, and an obsession with getting drinks right. Harry Adair built Bar Travelling Man from the ground up — first as a one-man mobile bartending operation across the Okanagan, then as a fixture at weddings and corporate events serving 3,000–4,000 guests a season.

Now the bar has a home. The same attention to craft, the same global curiosity, the same commitment to making every glass worth talking about — just with a room around it, on Bernard Ave in Kelowna.
