Learn more about radicchio from farmers and chefs by tasting and comparing locally grown varieties well as sampling prepared radicchio dishes from four amazing Vancouver Chefs. This year we are happy to have Andrea Carlson from Burdock and Co., Ashley Kurtz from Bar Susu, Nathan Lowey from Dosanko, and Lucais Syme from Autostrada joining us to celebrate this wonderful, bitter vegetable.
Information from the tastings will be used as a part of the radicchio research trial at our Research and Education Seed Farm and also as part of the Canadian Organic Vegetable Improvement project (CANOVI).
