Emily Jones, Director

Emily has been working in food systems from the ground up for over ten years. From production, logistics and distribution, to community programs, food policy, project management, and facilitation, she brings a broad range of understanding to food systems challenges and opportunities. Emily holds a Masters degree in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University. Her thesis is an evaluation of strategies to enhance integrated food systems planning in isolated coastal communities. She intends to contribute her skills and energy to support a diverse network of food system relationships by applying systems-based approaches. Emily has served as a board member of the Lillooet Regional Invasive Species Society and is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to FarmFolk CityFolk’s impactful work.
