Mobile Seed Trailer Update – 24 January 2019

Today we did our first test run of the Clipper Seed Cleaner in the Mobile Seed Trailer! This is a big achievement as this is the biggest scale piece of equipment we have for seed processing. With this step done we will start producing instructional videos and documents for the trailer to ensure users know how to operate all the equipment properly.

We were expecting a lot of shaking but the trailer held up really well and will be even more stable when we add stabilizer bars to the rear.

Hopefully next week we can process some chard seed from UBC Farm.
